I think no one who is running a !ws/!knife server is continuesly creating new accounts. 99,9% are using the token-sites. So it is probably 1 acc = 1000GSLT = 1000 servers who violate the ToS.

what are your thogh about the situetion now that valve pulled out invetory from csgo?

some of us paid csgo before it was free toplay and paid for those iteams and couldn't use them any more.
valve guide lines are not legaly obligations.

CS:GO became CS2, you can still use whats in your inventory.
