TF2 MvM How disable wave666

Hi

I'd like to know if is there a way to disable wave666 from the maps because my host lags like hell with it.

Thanks

Wave666 has its own map (mvm_coaltown_event) ... just remove it from your server's rotation.

remove mvm_coaltown_event from mapcycle.txt and maplist.txt? I already did.. But I saw wave666 in the others maps too.

Edit: Is possible play wave666 voting "event difficult" from mvm_coaltown.

Hmmm.... sounds like a bug. We should probably report it to Valve.

Anyway, a fix might be to move scripts/population/mvm_coaltown_event.pop to a different location. Unfortunately, this file will likely be replaced by the updater at some later point.

I tried, but doing this causes bugs. For example, if the map changes, in browser, hlsw, gametracker shows the wrong map name, believe me it's true. After removing this file we were playing decoy and was showing coaltown lol

For now, I did turn off votes to not change the difficulty till I find a better solution.

It was reported before but it was never fixed. (saw it in linux mailing list)

It takes one update for Valve to break everything and ten years for Valve to fix it.
