[REQUEST] Add option to disable spec betting (Teambets 2.6)
 

Hello,

As the creator of this plugin is AFK for a couple years now I wanted to request an edit to this plugin.
So what a nice addition to the plugin would be is that there would be an option to disable Spectate betting, I want live-betting.

So only alive people can bet not dead people.
