Go to amxx data lang and place the surheld.txt in the file
Go to plugin file and put the amxx plugin file in the folder then go to configs/plugins.ini and put pluginname.amxx and restart your server and your all set!!

My favorite part is this:

The defines I can even see why he included (although it doesn't make sense to anyone with more than 12 seconds of scripting experience) but I just don't understand what he was thinking there.

It's also funny how he plasters his name all over it (although it was stolen from me).
