[TF2] Segmentation faults after 64bit update

I noticed that my servers now crash with segmentation fault if I enable plugins that utilizes SteamTools, or just try to load the SteamTools extension with sm exts load steamtools.

Code:

/home/steam/tf-dedicated/srcds_run: line 324: 120 Segmentation fault (core dumped) $HL_CMD

Anyone else noticing the same behavior, or is it just me?

I am also getting a similar issue. now that Accelerator is working again we can see that there is an error in
