!admins and !rules trigger

Hi, i am new here, and my english is not very good so please excuse me :). I have searched the forum for plugin that opens html page or something when a player types !admins for example. I did not find it, so i started this topic. Is there something like that or may be it is an idea for a new plugin? Thank you.

Thank you for the quick reply, it is exactly what i am looking for.
And one more thing. I dont want to start a new thread. Is there a separete plugins for reaload on kill like in the gungame ?
