How would I get started in tf2-base?
 

Hi! i've been interested in making a tf2 sourcemod like tf2c for a little while now and today i've found a github page with the 2008 source code ported over to source 2013, however i'm not too sure about how any of it works, how I would launch the game for testing, or how I would change anything about the game to begin with. I've tried looking for tutorials but all of them are for server modding which I don't really know if that applies in this case or not. Any help getting started would be greatly appriciated!
