Ever had the situation on small maps, where you would eliminate the enemy team and think the round is over, but just at this very end of the round a player spawns and kills you?
This plugin makes new connected players unable to spawn, once the freezetime is over.

Didn't see that one.
Well still, mine doesn't have a cvar and doesn't require to loop through the players, since it detects it on team join instead of connection.

Not having a cvar is not a pro, but a con.

My second statement makes this plugin already more efficient than the other plugin, it's set upon team join.
And I don't really see the necessity of having a cvar. If needed, you can disable it by pausing the plugin.

Of course, the cvar is not mandatory in this situation, I was speaking in general.

I'll go with this one: https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=216655 since it is already approved and the overhead from the get_players loop is nonexistent.
