Flag tags

I need a very simple plugin, it might be on here allready but I havnt had any luck finding it.

What I'm looking for is a plugin that will set a [VIP] tag infront of players names if they have the flag A in chat and in the scoreboard, nothing fancy, no colors.

If I could I would modify it to check for the flag A but I cannot because I really have no clue how to do that. The thing is that now as it is everyone who has the other flags like the flag z would also have the VIP tag infront of their name, because it, after how I see it, only check if they have flags not if they have one particular flag.
