How to get players to bypass sv_cheats 1 and execute console commands
 

The server must have sv_cheats 1 open in order to use the thirdperson command, is there any way to grant players permission to use the thirdperson command without opening sv_cheats 1?
Thirdperson is a client console command

Completely reboot your server.

check if other plugins also has same issue.

Sometime to load extensions, server restart is required!

I've tried using any thirdperson plugins and they work fine, but invariably they are fixed thirdperson, the in-game thirdperson command is free view.
