I dont know if its been covered but one of the new updates allowed all users to play sounds and now i cant turn it off. i put the cvar into the defaults config but everyone can still play sounds

you sure it was a source server? cause the sounds count headshots and all that. i think it was used with statsme. but if beetle can get people to fart i think he could make it so those sounds work...
