The old tank logic seems a little odd after reviewing... xD

My extension is checking the servers config and all loaded plugins and extension to see if they are the original ones. It's a competitive thing to check if a server or the plugins/extensions are not...

In alarmcars_location.cfg the modelname of all trucks is cement_trucks. Therefore no new trucks are spawning.
