By default the plugin reads the advertisements from configs/advertisements.txt
So yes it should go in cstrike/addons/sourcemod/configs/

There is a option with zombiemod when you get killed you respawn.
Humans can't be killed by zombie's, but zombie's can be killed by humans, and when they die they respawn as humans.

And check the bug when u have lifted/shoot stuff and you walk /jump on it the object you get lifted/shot in the air.
