Surf plugin make or link p*read*

There is the surf 1.6 server they have this thing u get points if you finsh the map is a certain time and u get points those points can be for bunny hop u buy skills it also tell u your speed ect...

go to you amxx.cfg file on the server at the top it says // Default access for all non admin players (see users.ini for access details)
amx_default_access "z"

change that to amx_default_access ""...
