Yes, spawnhealth does work for HL2:DM, and it is setup the same way as CS:S.

How do you go about upgrading the weapons for HL2DM? Im not talking about using a mod either. If you dont think its possible, check out [k9] servers, they have upgraded weapons.

You have to be looking at a spray, then open consol and type nm_sprayinfo. There is also another command (can't remeber its name) that sets the distance you can be and still get the sprays info.
