Different more efficient methods used. Calculations are correct. There is a fix in there for Cow Mangler alt fire. Sniper scope doesn't rapid fire (annoying fast scope/unscope).

If you leave the sm_thirdperson_access cvar at default which is blank, anyone will be able to use the sm_thirdperson command or !thirdperson in chat.
