Critical Problem!!! Need remake plugin to ban not only steamid but IP address aswell!

I got a lot of spammers, already 24 hours every 2 minutes come in my server and spamming other server!!!!

I got a plugin who is autumaticaly banning players, but he ban only steamid, thay somehow...
