i saw a plugin for amx mod where it slows u down for damage hit
20hp=slightly slower
10hp=slower
2hp=really slow

could someone make a freezeray plugin? i was thinking a beam shoots out (blue/white) and when people get frozen they turn in to blocks of ice :D also make the ice infectious plz and thank u :)
