Humm, see if the Windows firewall is not blocking the ports that you create for your server. And don't try to create a server that is by HLDS on "Tools" in your Steam, this does not work, nobody will...

Omg. The difference is that i didn't copy plugin, i give in plugin of "sly|Cooper", took an idea. Plugin of "FlyEmirtes", we can see that neither directive #include <amxmod> it changed for <amxmodx>....
