For the non-steam community...... if you own cs non steam and you make a HLDS from steam OFFICIAL software steam declines connections to non steam players!

it is a command file for a War: a war is 5vs5 game between teams competition usually for a prize.

now to do a war u cant use the normal cs setting cause of mic...

Ok after taking a look at your website that is not a website you have just put a domain over a forum host.......... a forum host wont get you anywhere mate........

you need a free host and to set...

Save this as war.cfg or clan.cfg or watever then in your console type rcon exec (name).cfg(remember to have rcon_password set)

yes it is possible but you just gotta find a person dedicated enough todo it or you can make it using small plugins i suggest searching for the features you want....
