Here are the updated files for the hardcoded 16 player slots version, forked from Accelerator's repo. Untested but it should work fine since the changes are only minimal. Requires MM 1.11.

The L4D1 version always makes the srcds crash before a map was loaded.

The errors have this "Missing shutdown function" printed.
