ALREADY CHECKED has been obsoleted. The temp is cached per IP and just speaks it to them instead of that make-shift flood control preventing rapid-fire socket queries.

Thank you Nutu_ for translating Client Temp into Romanian. I've added your work to the main thread. It's about a city so the latter translation is handy but will not be used in this case.
