That's why i asked if it's possible to make a plugin that leaves a unique signature for each player so he can be recognized & banned automatically after the IP change.

Yup I am & it's called RDS (Romania Data Systems)

We have:
-dynamic IP's (PPPoE) on external internet with 50mb/s with all main cities

well the problem is this is a city LAN provided by my ISP & not all all cheaters but all have dynamic IP's
