afaik, there is no problems with this plugin.
it seems that you did something wrong.. check if names of models aren't the same as an example.

it's called weapon model replacement, and not player model replacement.

for players models, search it in titles, author ConnorMcLeod.

it's enabled by default I think. but yes, you need it to be enabled if you want people to download from your server.
the other similar one (sv_allowupload) is to enable or not cutom players tags...

your server seems to be up to date, and your amxx is the last official one.
so you need to recreat the same server locally with the same plugins to know if the problem is related to plugins or the...

local game and server aren't the same thing, never modify any default ressource, some plugins may not work correctly.

it will automatically download the files (models), and put them in the right location if it's correctly configured.
the server will not crash is there are missed models (or the .ini file sis badly...

the space character isn't considered as a letter. this should work:
"models/v_ak47.mdl" "models/new_custom_skins_and_models/v_ak47.mdl"
also, don't make too many long names.

this plugin is running in a lot of servers, it can't be the cause of your crash.
the problem is elsewhere, if you have a ftp access, try to re-upload your server.

for the players models, search: Admin Models and Players Models.
for the weapons, dunno :(. try to search the word admin in all the titles threads.
