thanks so much man...i got it to work.
just one thing after i end a match and everything goes back to normal my freeze time changes to 14 sec instead of 3 that i have set...it doesnt bother me i was...

I placed all the config files in the "leagues" folder and then placed that folder in addons/amxmodx/configs

i followed the directions you have put up to install and i believe i placed everything correctly but when i go to make a match with cal.cfg it says "cal.cfg does not exist" can someone please help me...
