If peoples don't want to download sound they use cl_downloadfilter "sounds"

bzip them and it will only take few secs to download them.
Oh and use Webdownload too.

It's bacause they didin't get the files.

If you are using Fast-Download server for downloading the maps faster to the clients, just make sure that the sound are too on the fast download server.

Use Sv_pure 1 and a white list(you can find it in my ful serverconfig if you want it::FACE:: config)
