yeah , i close the srcds.exe install the new .smx but do not create the .cfg yet

I want to disable all the addons for this i put l4d2_addons_eclipse 0 on my server.cfg and I refuse the cvar
or shouldn't it be in server.cfg? the addon did not create a .cfg in...
