steam not see player in the server and bad see map

I welcome.. I have a problem since I have the server day of defeat source and on steam in the bookmark is showing servers bad played map, as well as as the game on the server 20 players are...

this skins is good because other server this skins work is very good, all see. Only my sever is not good

I have a problem because as sie it is choosing the skins nobody can't see..Only see same weapons. skins all downloaded no error
