yes, confirmed from here. I have been mad with the last OB engine update. It did make TF2 perfect, yet made DoDS server more buggy and more crashes..

DoDS Server crash(not about dod_jagd problem) since the last OB engine update

Hi folks,

My DoDS server got crash everytime a few seconds after player chose a role for ready to play. Client console showes error characters:
FCVAR_SERVER_CAN_EXECUTE prevented server running...
