Then don't run this pluigin, or any other plugin, which is crossing the Valve guidelines.

No, there is technically no "evidence" of such, but solely claims.

A banned token is banned permanent (or well: it actually appears to be until January 2038 ).

If your token gets banned, you will need to get a new one, set up on a completely different Steam...

Have you tried looking at this one (URL=https://github.com/alliedmodders/sourcemod/blob/master/configs/core.cfg#L136), normally located as "addons/sourcemod/configs/core.cfg" on your game server?
