Yes but if new skins come out its probably easier just to use the weapon skins parser he linked:...

Comment out or remove this line from weapons.sp and compile:
RegConsoleCmd("buyammo2", CommandKnife);

yes , example : i want to put the knife karambit restricted for a flag
No options for non-premium/vip usage restriction will be added. Do not request it, do it yourself if you want to.

Its not necessary if you're fine with getting an account banned, using it on LAN, or buying/using tokens from someone else. Like sneaK said, you won't find support for that plugin on this forum.

Would it just be possible to add like a !seed command and set the seeds for it because skins like case hardened and slaughter have 1000 seeds

I just updated from an older version of the plugin to new, i was using mysql and when i set connection to "weapons" it doesnt seem to work. Do i have to delete the old database first?
