The knives can't be updated via the config. They must be manually added to the plugin (as they're a separate weapon).

the seed is the variation in the weapon skin (like a blue gem ak-47). the all skins section is just about optionally removing the restriction to only be able to use the skins that valve have intended...

I've updated my changes to be in line with 1.4.0.
For now, I've just placed them inside a fork here (https://github.com/Shane1390/weapons), as I'm not entirely confident that they're up to scratch...

Thanks for the spot, also made me notice that the seed command was severely bugged so I went and fixed that one too.

I'll need to get onto making a pull request, although I'm not too familiar with...

Are you running the latest PTaH build (https://ptah.zizt.ru/)?
Did you install the right one for your server (Windows/Linux)?
Did you install the entire thing or just the .ext?
