It's in my steam folder under source 2007 dedicated server and in cstrike and the metamod.vdf file is in the addons and inside the metamod.

i'm using windows xp as for mmsource it's version is 1.9.0 and sourcemods version is 1.4.6 and i'm running a dedicated server. If you need anything alse just tell me and i'll send you the info :)
