!guns command to bring up a guns menu based on the players team. No explosives or smoke grenades! It uses the give command, since Insurgency dont supports any other methods.

You need to edit the .sp files in the "scripting" folder, then compile them with spcomp(.exe for windows), and then move the newly compiled .smx from scripting to plugins.
