We only support steam servers only, therefore if you are interested in help, your server and server's players need to use the steam version of the game.

The error is clear,

cannot read from file: "uq_jumpstats_const.inc"

Find this file, and put it on the include folder.

The best advise is never take compiled stuff from anyone. Compile your...
