Yes, the taunt duration gets calculated before they actually gain the taunt condition. However, the duration should be another offset somewhere that you can probably modify, but better to let Valve's...

Chaosxk, you should add TF2Att to the "Dependencies" section when you're editing the main post.
It's next to where you put the version cvar in, and TF2Att is ID 3560.
