Added a new setting HUDINFO_POSITION_DEAD that allows you to specify a different HUD position for dead players.

I active DHUD but as I said before, the hud ranking system disappears to the screen and reappears after a while

I do not think that's the problem, I only have 2 plugins running. the jctf and the ranksystems

Also what happens sometimes is that the HUD of rank system e disappears and comes back after a while

The only thing that the adrenaline HUD for some reason does not appear on my screen, also after using the command / adrenaline the ranksystem HUD starts to flash and...
