Thanks John Smith, I have set up admin, with "z:99", and that works fine, but I can still get people votebanning me :( I have looked through the cvars but can't find a flag to stop people banning...

:P its funny now but I won't be laughing when I get banned by some 11 ytear olds... there must be a simple cvar i'm missing or something :S
