This plugin is just a copy of sourceOP's one ... The one with sourceOP is broked by ZombieMod too... So your last chance is to try with Zblock, if you can find a modified version or decompile it...

I already have DaF on 8 of my 11 servers don't worry I know it, but I can't ask the autor if he can make it for l4d, it's easier here.

Did you install the sourceOP correctly ? Show blocked ip logs in addons/daf/logs.txt

It should give you this kind of info :
