I figured out, that there is another bug/problem with the voteban function. I sometimes saw (in demos), when players try to ban a bad guy
and they have like e.g. 10 from 14 votes.. or 12 of 16..ban...

Now i tried your newest version and then i saw this in server console:
Unknown command "sm_votemap_mapsfile"

seems this cvar ist not working, a little bug?
i'm using snapshot...
