That's odd... it must be some sort of bug in the web compiler, as the standalone compiler can compile it just fine.

Edit: Weird, if I attach the source to this post, it compiles just fine.

Are these players admins and/or reserved slot holders?

Anyone who is marked as any type of admin can't use these triggers because SourceMod adds admin commands with those same names:
