If i want to have it where if 6 people vote to ban someone it works (everything else disabled). What do i need to do in my config? Thanks!

sm_votekick_minimum 5

If 20 people are in the server, when the first person types votekick, it says 1/20. then the next person 2/20, so forth.

Shoudnt this be 1/5 and 2/5 progressively and...
