Would definitely love this. Basically when admins aren't on, we simply want our community members (or even just Clan members) to be able to votekick and votemute.... sounds like this can happen with...

Is this plugin working still? I see a lot of folks with issues....I just need a player votemute/votekick mod for my TF2....if this isn't working, is there another mod that is?

How do you set this for a specific time frame (60 second voting), and only count those who took the time to vote in figuring out things? If I have 20 players in the server, do all 20 have to vote...
