The only small issue left is the time shows 00:00 on server start (such as from a daily server reboot) until someone joins. This seems to be due to the server being in hibernation and hasn't yet triggered OnMapStart. It works fine even when the server's empty if a player joined before though.

In 1.3 I changed it so that if the timeleft was either not set or is going lower than 0 seconds the plugin will show `00:00`. I'm gonna try and get the timeleft from the config file and use that time when the plugin has started.
