Yes I am running web server, fast dl and database on the same machine. I havent updated any other critical packages recently. I tried disabling all plugins but it did not affect the sv and var spikes at all, still lagging.

Yes but I havent had any problems with my CPU before so why has it started lagging all of a sudden?
