Lets say I have like 50 CSGO servers and I want to use this tool to collect chat logs from a specific server when someone reports someone for bad lang.. Collecting logs for 50 servers 24/7 is a bit too much for me.

This plugin doesn't store anything. It can only relay messages.
Although for your use case I think it would be better to set up a 1-way gateway to log all of your server's messages then use the Discord search feature to look up time periods.
