The "Better later than never" moment.
One of my players, while playing as Gambler, accidentally discovered that you can use CHAOS DICE even if you don't have enough cash. During the check, I found that the reason for this is the cooldown argument is used as the price (skillCost) of CHAOS DICE in the Gambler's subplugin. (arg47 is used instead of arg46)
Below is the source code of subplugin with a correctly specified argument.
