I can't belive this myself there is no amx_bury plugin only in amxx super so i decided to make one here it is:

Modules Needed:
Fun

Admin Commands:
amx_bury \\ Will bury the player in the ground and they will be disarmed of there weapons.

amx_unbury \\ will unbury the player
