BAIL: This has been reported for basevotes.sp too, I plan to test tonight. User types the command with no arguments, and gets the usage message. User types the command with arguments, and gets told Unknown commands. But there's a bug in basevotes.sp (Calling IsVoteInProgress on a INVALID_HANDLER) and I don't know if that's interfering with execution.
