I don't understand why this doesn't work. I have everything in place and set. It's just that in the metaplugins.ini I have

"addons/mani_admin_plugin/bin/mani_admin_plugin_mm.dll" and it crashes the source server before it starts EVERY time. Any ideas?

In the game info.txt, the damn line won't EVER stay.

"GameBin |gameinfo_path|addons/metamod/bin"

I put it in... but every time i start my server... it gets rid of it. Do I need to make it read-only?
